Quand c'est activé, tu dois utiliser un client FTP (cute ftp, flash fxp, etc..) et tu entres pour te connecter :
- Serveur : ftpperso.free.fr
- Login : ton login Free
- Code : .. ben ton code 
Voilà.. sinon, je ne vois pas trop d'où pourrait venir ton pb
